  3.  @crissd8283  The charge would be 'Felony Murder' or its jurisdictional equivalent; a Felony in progress, that results in an unjustified death. Like when the cops crash into a minivan killing an entire family, while chasing someone running from a traffic warrant. The suspect gets charged with 'Felony Murder' and that balances the scales.
