  1. I went to court on a bogus fine. Yeah, I know everyone says that, but it was a non-moving violation arisen of a bogus traffic stop; a stop for an alleged moving violation that was NOT charged. Point is, I got a ride to court and took nothing but my ID, with full intent to take jail over paying any fines. Judge basically declared me guilty with no input from myself and fined me. I said I cant and wont pay and I choose to serve time. He told me he would gladly give me some jail for contempt, but he was going to put me on a payment plan and I was going to pay it. I told him I wouldnt. So, he basically threatened me with terrorism, telling me if I didnt pay it, I would go to jail, but that they would pluck me off the street and tow my car, or get me at my job, where it will cause me more trouble. So, apparently I dont even have the Right to go to jail.
