  1. What an unmitigated shitshow. Even if he shot at police, which he did not, there is simply no excuse for every officer to open fire and someone to be shot 60+ times. This is what's known as sympathetic gunfire. One individual shoots , so everyone just jumps on the wagon and empties their weapon, too. It's a result of deficient training and bad or unclear department protocol. Its a wonder there was no blue on blue.
