Even if he had been prosecuted and adjudicated 'responsible', the record would be sealed at 18. See, theres a reason adolescent teenagers cant vote, cant buy liquor, cant buy guns and its the sane reason we dont hold them to account for their behavior, 40 years after the fact. Some adolescent is saying something immature and stupid online, right now and in 20 years when it has become socially unacceptable, it will be dredged up and used to ruin take away their livelihood, humiliate their children, destroy their marriage and ruin their life... just for the outrage high.

  6. Dan Brown Its almost certainly true, in some respect. The issue isnt if its true, but if it matters. A drunken teenage boy groping a drunk teenage girl at a party, 35 years ago, is irrelevant to anything at issue. If there were a history of similar accusations, that would be different, but theres no evidence that it was anything but a youthful indiscretion.
