His lawyers have been fighting the mugshot, so thats a pretty solid guess. This is no evidence of 'leaks' and even if it were, the DA's office indeed can publicly announce that he wont be handcuffed or photo'd. This is a desperate grasp at straws, by people who seem to think 'leaking' that he wont be handcuffed, makes it all go away.
