  1. Still some critical assumptions being made. The salient question is, would he have made the payment a day prior to filing for candidacy and would he have made the payment, even if he knew it would not help his campaign? They are making the assumption of 'campaign' expenditure' vs 'campaign contribution', whereas this will very likely fall dead as a 'personal expenditure', just like getting the same shoe shine, you got the day before candidacy. Those expenditures, while in service to a campaign, are not required to be reported - like reporting toilet paper expenditures. While its going to be a shouting match over it, this is ultimately among, if not the, emptiest nothing burger, yet. Then atop all of it, is the the credibility issue of the lawyer that until 2 days ago, was the most crooked, dishonet, compulsively lying mobster scumbag, in America. Oh and who now has a crowdfund to disparage the President and implicate him in more crimes... like a camshow - at $1million, Ill circle jerk with Michael Avenatti while detailing Russian collusion. Anyone who thinks this is going anywhere, isnt paying attention. The campaign finance issue, was blatantly an 'inducement' by prosecutors, having absolutely nothing to do with the trouble he was in; and now hes mitigating that testimony and tainting any future testimony, by openly soliciting public... ummm... campaign contributions... to continue implicating Trump in his misdeeds. This also is a strong indication that hes already given up anything of worth that he had, with the alleged campaign violation. TL;DR If Cohen had any credibility or further testimony to give, his 'truth fund', has obliterated it.
