  1. Yes, its hypocritical. Is hypocrisy unconstitutional? Thats a value judgement and ad hominem; and its irrelevant. Since the 2016 election and in obscene flagrance with Kavanaugh, Democrats have forcefully demonstrated they have no respect for rules, integrity, or decorum. Charges of 'hypocrisy' are literally meaningless, from Democrats, as they attempt to change rules to ebue themselves with institutional supremacy.
