  1. Everyone is missing the sideways play, here. Sen Hirono questioned him, under oath, specifically about sexual harassment since he legally became an adult (turned 18). This new allegation, which has been known for some time, before being revealed, is against a barely 18 year old Kavanaugh. They know this allegation is so silly and weak that it cannot stand on its own, but my strong suspicion, is theyve know about this, since before the hearings and are going to use it in a perjury gambit, to endlessly investigate and delegitimize him. That is the Democrats' new strategy. They will drag this one out as long as possible and when pushed to the wall to testify, or drop it, another accuser will 'come forward' with 'highly credible' allegations that cant be substantiated. They are not trying to sink him, because then Trump will just nominate Barrett, for a rush through. They are trying to pick at him, to delay, delay, delay until they can get control of the Senate and just block EVERYTHING.
