  3. Several of these are asset extractions. These are informants being picked up for debrief. 'Bassi', for instance, 'runs' separates from companions and then stands around and waits for them. As the agents approach, no words, no commands, hands go up, turns around, hands go behind the back, and accompanies them. Doesn't even ask what's going on.

  6. Its SOP for asset extraction. A CI has to do something as pretense for arrest and a standard is to run. It ups your credibility, provides that pretense and separates you from witnesses, so that you don't have to 'represent' during the arrest; simply running, doesn't force them to run you in and charge you. Watch very carefully, with that in mind and see what you think. Homie's an informant.
