  1. BINGO! Nobody likes line cutters. Both of my parents stood in line and my dad's brother and his kids never got their turn. My mom waited 8 months to come from Mexico and my dad waited 3 years to come from Norway. My dad had to show proof of pending residence and employment, to be accepted.

By that, I mean land that they hadn't conquered, swindled, or squatted from a neighbor. Please, though, feel free to include the Spaniards' glorious adventures, if you really think that will help your argument. Do you even know what your argument is?
