  1. You have a right to be appalled, but also note that most of the shots missed. Low confidence in hits is the primary reason officers fire so many rounds. This wasnt a case of ripping off a mag dump on someone 10 feet away, as is too common. This was both officers firing a few rounds, most of which were misses.
