The Navy has always been full of surly bastards and fuckups, but in the Chair Force, insubordination has become epidemic, because they dont have the organization, to deal with it directly. Ground pounders get their ass smoked until they dont have the strength left to mouth off. If that fails, everyone else gets encouraged to help them learn. In the Chair Force, its an administrative issue, like going through HR in the private sector. The military has a serious insubordination problem right now, across the board(particularly in support units), but some branches just have the culture in place to put a check on it.

If I were to see a 'Mexican' and say 'Yeah, just look at them, I bet theyre on their way to go hang around in the parking lot drinking beer and smoking weed, like they do every night', that would be a prejudice. If I were to say 'All they [Latinos] do is smoke weed and drink beer, because theyre just useless leftovers, polluting the genepool', that would be 'racist'. If I say 'Its always Latinos I see hanging around drunk and high in that parking lot', that is neither 'racist' nor 'prejudiced', it is an observation. Understand the difference?
