For simplicity, anywhere the FBI has jusisdiction, the President can Federalize and deploy certain military forces, under command of DoJ. In this case, it will be 82nd Airborne and 1MEF. Just in case anyone is unclear, you don't want to throw rocks and Molotov cocktails at 82nd Airborne.
