  1.  Dan Qvo  Just declare all debts to China PAID . That wi hurt the Communists worse than anything else. They are gravely over populated and cant provide. China would benefit from a high casualty war. Bankruptcy is what did in the USSR and its what would do in the CCP.

  2.  @AdrielOutspoken  This would be the piss-poorest bioweapon ever conceived. As dangerous to the user as the enemy, no control of area of effect, no treatment, no neutralization, doesn't affect the largest portion of the population, doesn't affect the most desirable target...I can go on.
