  7.  @frogscotch19  But, above anything else, a weapon would not be secondarily transmissible. Bioweapons are exclusively single stage, using a direct delivery or typically an arthropod vector. It would be pretty silly to create a bioweapon that's as dangerous to you as it is to the enemy and impossible to contain.
