@amcadam26 Do you remember what this thread is about? But, fine... Apollo: 1st generation manned space program had an accident on the ground, performing a test on a developmental spacecraft. Had a free return abort, ¾ of the way to the Moon . Shuttle: 2 accidents in 30 years; one on lift off, one on re-entry. Turns out those are the most challenging parts of spaceflight 🤷 Blue Origin: 0 accidents What's your point, exactly?
