Guess what? America does have free healthcare and its as good as anyone elses free healthcare. The difference is that in America, you have the option to upgrade to whatever level you can pay for. The reason its expensive, is to guarantee the quality of treatment. Unlike everywhere else with free healthcare, if you have a bad experience, someone pays for it with a dumptruck full of cash at your door.
