  1. The problem that Briahna habitually fails to grasp, is Millennials' persistent entitlement to live beyond their means. Home prices haven't risen that much, the expectations for what kind of home they 'deserve' has. They all want half million dollar first homes, while waiting tables. Thats the problem. I do fairly well for my lifetime of achievement. I have a ground level 3 bedroom 2 bath on 7 acres in the country, 20 minutes from the nearest fully equipped hospital. I can afford substantially more, but I can live comfortably with less. So, I consider my spare bedroom and bath a luxury. I endured hardship through my strong, hard charging years to get here, so that my slower less capable can be spent in comfort. Pay now, play later.
