  1. Uh... this has been standing advice since the inception of FEMA, which was implemented to do what? Thats right. Perhaps learn about their CBRNE mitigation and management advice, before mocking it? Nuclear 'fallout' as you think of it, is primarily radioactive dust and ash that is inhaled and swallowd and destroys your body from the inside out. Thus why masks and distancing is of utmost importance, so not to be contaminated by people who have been contaminated.
