Wrong. The SCOTUS is supposed to be Conservative, by definition. SCOTUS job is to evaluate a law's accordance with the Constitution. It is not there to 'fix' laws, change the meaning of laws, judge morality or engineer society. A law is Constitutional and stands, or it is unconstitutional and invalid.
