  2. The fact this even had to go to any court, shows how corrupted our educational system is. This is a no brainier, the guy had his livelihood taken by the State, to punish him for a public expression of Faith. First Amendment violation, doesn't get anymore clearcut. Anyone who received a legitimate education, should have no problem comprehending this.
