  3. A guy humiliated another guy's wife at a worldwide livestreamed office party, for laughs and applause and got taste slapped out his mouth. Thats what happened and he knows how light he got off, which is why he wants to drop it. I refer you to Bart Sibrel vs Buzz Aldrin, where a Judge determined that publicly calling a man "a coward, a liar and a thi---" is legitimate provocation.
