  5.  @quadoduece  It has everything to do with this. He gets away with stuff other people dont, because hes in a position of power and privilege. He tried to exercise that privilege with people who didn't care who he is.

They can't make you get out without probable cause but rolling up your dark tinted window during an investigation is obstruction; the exact same as throwing or trying to hide something. And to be clear, 20+ over the speed limit in a construction zone can get you arrested for that alone, in any state. In some states its even Felony endangerment. As well, multiple minor violations at once can get you arrested. But what got him in trouble was from the start when they told him to pull up and he gunned it and sped up the road like he was going to run. From there he was belligerent and dismissive of the officers' authority to stop him for speeding, as though he had the right to break the law as long as he paid a fee.
