The fact that you believe that, just shows how effective American p r o p a g a n d a is.

No one is buying, because they're producing. This is the reality the US is in desperate denial about.

@petersouthernboy6327 Poor comprehension

@cauanfuentespessoa9837 All the primary adversaries are domestically producing licenced units and or developing their own. Its really easy to laugh and dismiss China, for example, but at the same time the Pentagon is clearly very deeply concerned about their ability to challenge Chinese airpower. No doubt remembering previous encounters.

@petersouthernboy6327 Reading comprehension isn't a graded subject anymore, huh?

@petersouthernboy6327 Wow, ummm... strawman much?

@petersouthernboy6327 Oh, now you speak for he Internet, too. Looks like you're the man in charge and who I should be talking to. A) I didn't even mention generation. B) as according to you there are only 3 producers, 5th Gen is far from the standard C) 'Legitimate' is a 'true scottsman' fallacy and implicitly a predicate for a moving goalpost. D) by the definition you no doubt have in mind no one is producing 5th Gen aircraft and definitely not exporting them. F35 is still waiting for its superpowers and its planned advanced features are export restricted. Which is why all the partner nations are installing their own avionics and sensors. Simply the fact that it exports at all should tell all you need to know about its 'stealth'. E) by any coherent definition, Russia is the only one testing a 6th Gen system and there is some evidence that its already been field tested.

@petersouthernboy6327 'Just facts' is that 'stealth' is a magic trick. The technology is purely gimmick and simply doesn't work without near total control of the battlespace to map and monitor search RADAR coverage and cycles, plan routes and destroy air defenses at will. No stealth aircraft has prosecuted a mission denied to conventional aircraft. They've always had conventional security, support and followed extensive SEAD operations. The last time a stealth plane tried to solo a stealth mission, it got shot down and pieces of it are on public display. No one knows if stealth even works; and considering everyone knows exactly how its done, it probably doesn't.
