I fucking HATE being fat. I got that way after an injury that laid me up for 3 months and substantially diminished my physical capacity for over a year. Then, the plague struck and that was another year of sedentariness. By that time, I was stuck in a cycle of getting fatter, no matter what I did, because I had less energy and less mobility, which made it harder to exercise. I started using aminos again(used them a lot in the Army, but just outgrew the need for them) and that is helping with getting more out of my exercise. Carnitine(found in a lot of energy drinks) is fantastic, but most everyone uses it wrong, because it requires a stout carb load for it to work and people trying to burn fat, understandably avoid carbs.
I guess I just haven't been fat enough for long enough to forget how it feels to run and jump and see my junk 🤷
Im 50 and about 50lb overweight. So, its a steep hill to climb.
