Have a friend with Tourette's. We gang up on him at parties and punch him in the legs until he has an episode. He fights back, sometimes. Cruel, right? Actually, he says it therapeutic, because its exhausting keeping control. We help him to unwind and just let loose with no judgement or hard feelings. He says a periodic release helps him to manage the tics. Afterwards, he's intoxicated from the endorphins and lays on the floor giggling. To be clear, he is 100% consenting and we would never do it, if he weren't. Weird situation.
