  1. SWAT cop almost took my foot off with a slug, while working RSO. I was 2 paces back and 1 pace right, when he fumbled a transition and got his shotgun hung up on the 50lb of crap on his belt. I felt the shockwave as it passed inches from my ankle and into the dirt behind me.

  2.  @ntfoperative9432  My 3rd gen Glock started going off all on its own, when I run the action. It has redundant safeties, too. Yet, when I racked the slide, the striker was slipping off the sear and slam firing. The trigger spring was apparently out of spec, even though I could find nothing wrong with it. And that part is supposed to fail safe.

  3. Most likely scenario is the same as any other UD. He cocked the gun and touched the trigger and it went off. These guns have substantially more sensitive triggers than the common service autos people ND all the time and are often modified to be even lighter (My Vaquero's trigger is 11oz). They are called a 'hair trigger', because the trigger can be pulled with a hair. Its entirely possible the gun malfunctioned due to modifications, or maintenance.
