  1. People need to stop buying into the 'They just quit' narrative. ANA has suffered Vietnam scale casualties and still fought as long as they had backup. The Taliban stood up to the US military for 20 years. What do you expect from the Afghan army, after their air support, tactical intelligence, CASEVAC, comms and resupply is rolled up and humped away in the night? They probably dont want to come home after running out of bullets and driving their shot up buddy, 4 hrs through the mountains to an Afghan emergency room, to find their wife in the street, butchered like an animal and their 10 year old daughter gone. You have no idea what they're facing.
