  1. Hes no analyst. In fact, Ive lost much interest in his videos, since he started trying to do analysis. His forte was current events reporting, he doesn't have have the background or skillset for analysis and comes off as speculation and wishful thinking. It really decreases the quality of his reports.

  2. Because all the methods are obsolete. All they do is inhibit movement. When I was doing ISR/ISTAR in the 90s, it was already practically impossible to hide anything from high angle observation. Ive always realized the ISR multiplier that 'toy' drones would provide, since they first hit the market. Even RC planes back in the day. But, militaries are about spending money. The $10,000 Orlan would cost $150,000 to DoD and about $2000 to a RC hobbyist. YouTube has extremely low budget DIY fixed wing drone projects that provide nearly all the capabilities of a military asset.

  5. It looks like Ukraine's USVs have managed to suppress Russia's Black Sea presence enough to get their ISR assests(probably TB2) out over the water. These videos are high res from medium altitude and long distance, so its definitely a high quality asset of some kind.
