  2. But, they won't. I don't know if they lack the capability or the motivation, but they never press and capitalize on opportunities. They've repeated that same failure since the beginning. They'll fight like Hell, stomp a mudhole in Ukraine's ass and then sit there and watch it dry up. I can make sense of most of what they do, but that is still a mystery to me.
