As well he mentions he doesn't have his gun, implying he would kill her and by proxy her babies too, if he could. He created the situation with bad behavior and would kill to get himself out of it. Thats the kind of people we execute for doing that to other Humans. Yes, hes a villain. Hes someone who doesn't belong on that road and hopefully he understands that now.

  8.  @julianatuck7593  He was trying to sneak up on her babies with his phone and didn't see her laying in the middle of the road. At the beginning you can see them run off into the brush and he tells her several times to go back to her babies. He knew exactly what he did.

There was no 'pouncing'. There were no 'attempts' to pounce. There was only GTFOOH, dont stop, dont tie your shoe, (((GO AWAY))) and dont... come... back. Its called a 'threat display'
