  1. Unfortunately, they have to help themselves and no one else can do it. 'No snitching' is the root problem. If you dont make a report, press charges and show up in court, you cant expect anyone else to do anything for you. People want the cops to come and take away their neighbor on an anonymous tip, but of course, dont want the cops to have power to come and take them away, by the same standards. Say what you will, but white people dont have these problems, because they will stand right in the front yard with the police and point at someone, for all to see. And they will PRESS CHARGES. Either stand up for YOURSELF, or cooperate with authorities. You HAVE to do one or the other, if you want the criminals out of your community.
