  1. The unequal justice is of interest, but classification is a bad joke. 99% of classifications are just a keep away game between agencies and offices and half of the rest is CYA for nefariousness. Very little classified material is sensitive enough to protect by force of law. As an analyst, I generated classified materials and analysed thousands of reports and documents that had zero reason to be secret, except to make someone feel like the big fish in a little pond.
