  1. Hyperbole aside, neither party should be in charge. The House should be weighted against the President and the Senate should be evenly split, so that NOTHING gets done, without true consensus. The SCOTUS should be weighted toward textual Conservatism so that anything that does get through, will be under constant threat of repeal. The government is supposed to be dysfunctional and unable to get anything done, without overwhelming support of the People.
