Forgetting his name, on the spot, is not a big deal. Its not a good thing, by any stretch. Its really a bad thing. But, its not a big thing; just honestly think how many times a name you've known for years, has momentarily slipped your mind. Whats a big deal, is that it wasnt just the name, but the name of the position and the name of the institution, all at the same time - 'the guy that runs that outfit over there'.
