B) its an ex-post-facto legal justification for free fire engagement; a classification devised by DoD lawyers to justify non-combatant casualties - we used it in Desert Storm, GWB mainstreamed it after 9/11 and the Obama admin used it to 'decrease' collateral casualties, by declaring 'military age males' danger close to the drone strike, as defacto 'unlawful combatants' C) who is 'attempting to enter the country illegally'? D) who needs most, to seek asylum from conscription into militant organizations? This backhanded declaration of 'combatants' and 'invaders', as political rhetoric by people who have ZERO idea WTF theyre talking about, is vulgar and infuriating.
