They dont want to take a vote, because they A) don't want to put other Democrats on the spot with a yea or nea and B) they dont want the historical record of a clearly partisan vote, diving the People, right down the middle; they need to keep throwing out 'survey' numbers that claim ¾ of the country wants this, because in reality, its nothing but a 24/7, tax funded campaign ad for the DNC.
