@infinitytoinfinitysquaredb7836 The AD absolutely should be charged, as should Baldwin. The standard safety protocol is that only the ordnance crew and the actor, are to handle the weapons. When the AD tried to hand him the gun, he was compelled to refuse it and call an immediate stop to all on set operations, until the armorer has accounted for all guns and ammunition. He knew that and simply ignored it, to cut a corner, because waiting on the armorer would be inconvenient. Accepting the gun from the AD, was no different than accepting the gun from the makeup guy. Pure negligence.
