Your 'clever' argument appears to be analogous to the police monitoring your phone, to listen in on a friend that sometimes uses your phone, when them come over... and that makes it a-ok. I bet youre a big fan of equal Rights, huh? Well, for the 'right' people, anyway. See, Im selfish, whenever I hear about something like this, I dont care who it is or what I think of them, I begin my opinion forming process at 'Holy shit, that couldve been ME!' and THEN I decide whether I should be outraged about it. This helps me to avoid giving others the power to do it to ME. You know the Golden Rule, right? If you dont want someone to do it to you, dont be ok with their doing it to your neighbor. Pretty simple and avoids things like losing my pitiful mind over someone I dont like getting elected, because of what I let the ones I like get away with.

As well, she was an unpaid intern that the Secret Service had cutoff from accessing the President, over concerns the the President had been "compromised". She was transferred to Hillary's office and placed under her direct supervision, followed by Hillary's officially placing her on paid White House staff as an aide, to give her unrestricted access to the President. This is when the notorious Oval Office affair took place.
