@jodieholmes8453 Maybe read the whole report and not the sentence CNN and MSNBC regurgitated into your mouth? What the report said, was there were instances that could be obstructive if they were intended to be. But , since his inner thoughts and motives cannot be concretely established, those instances cannot be definitively excluded from his lawful Article II authority. In other words, for it to be 'obstruction', the President would have had to look at an action which is within his Constitutional authority to do, without necessity of any justification... and wring his hands together like a villain and say 'I want this to be against the law, just to sweeten it'. There, you're welcome for the reading comprehension lesson.

Um... no. 'Humane' is for everyone . You either love America and the Constitution, or you don't. Else, lets just think about what you deserve, for all the laws you've broken? Maybe... stoning?
