  1. His crime was insubordination and he just sealed his own fate. A battalion 0-5 does not get to publicly criticize strategic decisions of CnC and SECDEF. He should've resigned his Commission before speaking against his command and he would've been fine. Everyone who wears the uniform knows and understands this.
