The Judge does have a point, even if unintended. Is this a serious crime, befitting of the treatment it has received, or isnt it? If what Flynn did, is as heinous as the media and Mueller and the FBI have made it out to be and if Trump's asking Comey to take it easy on him constitutes obstruction, then where does Mueller get off asking the Judge to take it easy on him? It must be one way or the other.
