  1. I guarantee Democrats have been investigating this since they first heard of it and I guarantee they have more than theyre letting on. What they have probably amounts to nothing, or they wouldve dropped a sack of hammers on him by now. But be assured that they will put off her testimony down to the final moment, then they will drag out her testimony with as many delays, interruptions and timeouts as they can, then a new witness will come forward for the same routine and when everyone has had all of that theyre going to tolerate, a new accuser will come forward to start the whole process again. Theyre not going to do anything big, that forces a withdrawal, because Trump will just throw Barrett at them and have her confirmed in a week. They want to drag it out until they can get control of the Legislature and just deny everything Trump, or as a backup plan they can delegitimize him like theyve done Trump. This is their new goto strategy. Theyve gotten away with it with Trump, so now every appointment or election they lose, theyll delegitimize and endlessly investigate, to neutralize their opponents. As loathsome as it may be in a Free society, the only way to stop this madness, will be to find a way to attach and enforce criminal liability to these tactics. This is a serendipitous moment, because keeping the DoJ and SCOTUS as a political enforcement organ, is precisely what stopping Kavanaugh is about. This has nothing to do with abortion and everything with being able to legislate by judicial fiat and maliciously investigate political rivals to paralyze and delegitimize them.
