  1. Literally the reason Texas has concealed carry. The Lubby's massacre was one of the first of these things. Its also why storefronts have ballards. A maniac drove his truck through the front of a Lubby's and walked aroun executing people hiding under their tables. In Texas, it was legal to carry a gun in your vehicle, but not in public, so there were half a dozen pistols left in cars in the parking lot. Imagine being in the middle of a murder rampage and your weapon is literally a stone throw away... because you follow the law.
