  2. No, hes being held for gross insubordination. He stood for nothing but himself. He disagreed with a strategic decision made by CnC and SECDEF and disparaged his command as cowards for not resigning in protest of that decision. The irony being if he had resigned his commission prior to denigrating his command and by extension, the Corps, his ass wouldn't be in a sling. He bought it. All of it.
