  1. No, hes not. He is making the same oversight, either through ignorance or deceit, that everyone else makes about this. Everyone acts like we are giving Israel money. Iron Dome was funded by Israel and developed by Rafael. Our operational funding is not a gift, it is a partnership that gives us share access to the technology. David's Sling, is being jointly developed by Rafael and Raytheon, so its not even part of the discussion. The two systems are part of a multi-layer integrated ADS. ARROW, again, is a joint development program. We are essentially purchasing the Iron Dome tech, at a fraction of the developmental cost. These are technological partnerships, not 'aid' and treating it as such is either completely ignorant, or just disingenuous.
