  1. Yeah, I did noun protection on the circuit and its inconceivable that the overwatch didn't see him. Best case scenario is they did see him and waited to see what he was up to before acting. But, the reality is, seeing their reactions, they just didn't know what they were doing. My suspicion is that detail was undermanned, underqualified and inexperienced. Even the PPD on the principle did some incomprehensible stuff.
