Of course they were a fourth rate military power a week in, before the entirety of NATO dumped in more than the entire Russian military budget and the larges weapons transfer in history, in addition to full realtime US intelligence support. And now they're sending women, old men and mental defectives to the trenches, with 3 days to a week of 'training'.

If this missile was intercepted, it in fact, would be the first recorded case of an intercept or malfunction causing the MGM140 to deploy its submunitions.   13.  @bonnie7898  But, what really tells the story, is how quickly the US distanced themselves from the attack. They had high angle realtime ISR and know exactly where the missile came from, where it was going and if it was intercepted. And instead of challenging Russia's claims, as they've always done, they said its all Ukraine and no one but Ukraine. Exactly like they did when Ukraine shot a missile into Poland and when they fired an armed drone into Croatia to frame Russia.
