  8. Yeah, they can't. This is no withdrawal order, its just permission to surrender. They're trapped. They've been trapped for a week. They have one route out and its covered by Russian artillery. The Russians left it open for that reason.

  15. Thats exactly whats happening. They're trapped, with one narrow corridor out and its covered by Russian artillery. This 'withdrawal' order, is just permission to surrender, just like their withdrawal order at Azovstal.
