  1. The issue with planes, remains delivery. They have to fly in, or be disassembled and humped in. I sincerely doubt Ukraine is up to reassembling a warplane under these conditions. Therefore, they'll have to be flown in. Combat aircraft flying out of a NATO airbase into Ukraine makes the airfield a legitimate target, exempt from any Article 5 protection as it constitutes an act of aggression by said nation against Russia.
